Cost & How to Pay
- Team entry $400
- Hole sponsorship $200
- Returning hole sponsor $100
- Spot-reserving deposit (per team) $100
A $100 deposit confirms your team's spot. The remaining $300 is collected in cash at check-in on the day of the outing. Sponsorship payments are also collected in cash on the day-of (or arranged with the organizer).

Beyond the scramble itself, we run a handful of side games, buy-ins, and giveaways throughout the day.
Stick around for dinner at the clubhouse
After the round, dinner is provided at the course. That's where we announce contest winners, draw the 50/50, and raffle off the prizes — so grab a seat and stick around.

A designated par 3 on the front nine and another on the back, with separate prizes for the men and women on each hole. Four winners total.

Optional buy-in at registration. Win a 'skin' by outscoring every other team on a hole — the pool is split among the winning teams at the end of the round.

Optional buy-in at registration. A handful of do-over shots your team can use anywhere on the course.

Half the pot goes to one lucky winner, half back into the outing. Tickets at registration, on the course, and at dinner — buy as many as you want.

Buy raffle tickets throughout the day. Door prizes, gift baskets, and donated items are drawn at dinner.

We're always looking for raffle prizes, gift baskets, gift cards, and giveaways for the contests. Donations of any size are welcome and credited at the outing — it's a great way for local businesses to get in front of the crowd.
